Chamberlain led off the game with a homer.  Bases loaded, Townsend hbp, rbi.  Top 2nd, Turang singled, scored one out on Pendley sac fly.  Top 4th, Chamberlain jacked her second homer.  Ricketts 10th shutout.  AT ONE POINT, ou RETIRED 19 BATTERS IN A ROW. Oklahoma 25-1.  Arizona 20-8.

#3 Florida upset by # 7 Tennessee
WP Ellen Renfroe  14K, 3H.  LP Lauren Haeger 6H, 6K..  The Gators loaded bases bottom 7th – one K, Tofft double; Schwarz hbp; Fuller K, Castro walked; Stewart popped up.  Having escaped the bullet, the Vols who had just 3 hits took control.  Chavanne popped to 2nd; Gibson singled; Shipman popped up; Tarango doubled, rbi., breaking the 1-1 tie; Dotson doubled, rbi, 3-1 Vols.  Merritt grounded to 3rd; Haeger popped to 2d; Damico struck out.  Gibson walked and scored the first run on Brown’s single up the middle.  Haeger led the Gator 4th with a solo shot.

WP Leslie Jury.  LP Katie Marks.  S Jackie Traina.  Bama scored top 1st on McCleney’s rbi double. Bottom 2nd, Ard singled, scored with two out on error by shortstop.  Gamecocks took lead bottom 5th on Page’s 2-run shot.  Traina answered, jacking a 3-run homer top 6th. Traina also drove in the final Bama run on a sac fly in the 7th. Bama 24-3 (2-2) South Carolina 16-7 (0-1).

WP Blair Luna 3H, 15K.  LP Emily Weiman.  S Gabby Smith.  Luna fanned every NC State player at least once, but also gave up 2 homers.  Top 1st: Hoagland led off game with a dingewr; Washington tripled but was out at home.  Thom walked, scored on Bruins single. Top 2nd: Hoagland jacked another shot, and Thom rbi single.  Top 3rd, Schmidt scored on Gabaldon single, Horns 5-0.  Davis Ren slugged a 2-run homer bottom 3rd, 5-2. Stephens doubled in 2 runs for Texas, top 6th. Davis Ren tagged Luna for her second homer.Tate scored an unearned run,  7-4.

LSU had led 2-0 before the Wildcats tied in the 6th on Stokes’ 2-run homer. Down 3-2 after KU scored top 9th on Smith’s homer, the Tigers rallied for 2 runs to win.  Andrews bunted rbi for the tying run; Heyward scored the winning run on Blades rbi single.  WP Rachele Fico (14-3) in relief of Meghan Patterson, who retired 11 straight Wildcats at one point. .  LP Lauren Cumbess.  LSU has won 8 OF 10 in recent games, and is 22-5, 4-1 sec.  KU IS 19-6/2-3.
