WP Michelle Gascoigne 1-hitter 11K.  LP Christy von Pusch.  Sooners posted 6 runs top 1st, starting with 3 walks and 2 wild pitches, loading the bases and compelling Myers to relieve von Pusch without an out.  Shults rbi sac fly; Williams 2-run double; Turang walked.  Chamberlain rbi single. Casey walked.  (Gametracker does not show the other 2 OU runs, but Henson is credited with 3 rbi’s, two would have come by a hit in the 1st).  Sooners left bases loaded, leading 6-0. Lady Lions tried to rally; Jones walked; one out, Bell singled, their only hit, Gascoigne struck out the next 2 batters. Top 2nd: Shults led with homer.  Ricketts walked; Williams doubled, pinch runner Townsend to 3rd; Henson grounded out, rbi.  Gascoigne struck out the side in the bottom.  OU had 8 hits.

WP Keilani Ricketts 2-hitter, 10K.  LP Jasmine Antunez.  The Sooners’ 10-hit attack began with Shults’ 2-run, two-out homer in the 1st.  Chamberlain jacked a 3-run dinger in the 2nd; Casey followed with a solo shot.  Ybarra relieved to pitch the 3rd.  Top 5th: Ricketts, Williams, Martinez (rbi) hit consecutive singles,runners advanced on a wild pitch; Townhit into a fielder’s choice, Williams out at home.  Chamberlain walked. Martinez scored. Bases loaded, Casey walked, rbi.  OU 27-1.
#2 Alabama def South Carolina 7-6
WP Jackie Traina. LP Aubrey Broyles.  Gamecocks built a two run lead on Hathorn’s rbi single bottom 1st, and Struett’s rbi single in 3rd.  But, with bases loaded, top 4th, Howser relieved Broyles, two runs scored on pitcher throwing error.  Two more runs scored (Gametracker?). 4-2.  Top 5th: Traina led with homer; Bell and Braud hit rbi singles. That 7-2 gap was narrowed in the Gamecock 6th.  Hawkins lrd with a homer.  Jury relieved Traina.  Ard singled, Surratt doubled, rbi; two out, Garcia rbi double.  Gamecocks left bases loaded.  Gonzales’ two-out rbi single in the 7th cnded the scoring.

WP Lauren Haeger.  LP Ivy Renfroe.The Vols had a 3-0 lead after 5 which sailed over the fence on Haeger’s 3-run homer, bottom 6th. Tennessee loaded the bases off Rogers top 2nd, scoring when Akamine was hbp, rbi.  But a fielder’s choice nailed Brown at home and Chavanne grounded to 1st, stranding three.Gibson opened the Vols 3rd with a solo.  Overstreet scored top 6th on Gibson’s single. After Haeger’s dinger, Ivy Renfroe relieved Ellen Renfroe.  Top 7th, one out, Rogers walked Taraango and Dotson, Haeger relieved with two out.  Overstreet grounded to 3rd.  Bottom: Two down, one on strikes,Castro pinch hit for Medina, struck out.  Top 8th: Gibson walked with 2 out; stranded.  Bottom: Stewart singled. Merritt looked at a third strike. Haeger jacked a 2-run homer, Gators win 5-3.

WP Chelsea Thomas.  LP Carly Hummel.  Thomas and Lindsey Muller (2 IP) combined for a no-hitter.  Three Ole Miss pitchers gave up 4 runs each: Hummel, Jayjohn and Osias.  The Tigers scored 4 runs in each of the first three innings. Top 1st: Randazzo reached on a fielding error, 2 rbi.  Roth slugged a 2-run homer.  Top 2nd, bases loaded, Marston rbi sac fly; Hudson fielder’s choice, rbi; Randazzo rbi double.  Top 4th: Marston rbi fielder’s choice; Randazzo rbi groundout, Cousins 2-run single.  Missouri 15-2/4-1 SEC.

#13 LSU def #17 Kentucky 5-3
WP Ashley CZechner.  LP Kelsey Nunley. Tigers swept three-game series. Wildcats took lead top 2nd on Steed’s 2-run single, and held that lead until bottom 6th.  Bell doubled, scored on Alcaraz single.  Simmons walked.  With 2 out, Andrews singled in both runners.  Top 7th: Carroll reached on shortstop error with two out, stranded.
#16 Washington def Pacific 6-4

WP Bryanna Walker.  LP Dani Bonnet.  S Kaitlin Inglesby. Game not close until 6th when Pacific scored its 4 runs.  For UW: Inglesby  and Souza each had 2 rbi on 2 hits, inc HR.
#20 Tulsa def Memphis 9-2
WP Lacey Middlebrooks.  LP Ellen Roberts.  Top 3rd, Cobb put Hurricanes on top with two-out, 2-run homer.  Tulsa pulled away with 7 runs top 4th.  Horner rbi double; Edmiston rbi fielder’s choice. Cobb 2-run triple.  Middlebrook rbi double. Bases loaded, Blanton rbi single. 7 runs on 8 hits.  Memphis scored two in bottom; Braman rbi single; Goranson rbi single.  Tulsa 23-5/6-0.
