Bottom 3rd: After Schlopy walked, Hamilton relieved Terese Gober.  Wiggins and Goler walked, loading the bases.  Hesson struck out but Schlopy scored on Razey’s sac fly. Top 6th: Jackson, Brown singled with one out; with two out, Lapicki homered. 4-1.  Bottom 7th: Schlopy walked; Goler one-out single; Hesson reached on fielder’s choice, loading the bases; Razey singled, 2 rbi. Sandberg hbp, but, with two on, a strikeout and fielder’s choice ended the game.

After Bowling Green stranded two top 1st, Wolverines racked two in bottom on rbi doubles by Viefhaus and Shaw, and extended lead on Chidester rbi single in 3rd.  Bowling Green got on board in 4th; Berger singled, Arney homered.  The 5th belonged to Nemitz.  Findlay doubled, St Clair singled, Shaw walked, loading the bases, which Nemitz cleared with a grand slam off reliever Lines.  UM reloaded the bases on consecutive walks to Kirkpatrick, Bausher, and Evans, Findlay singled rbi, Viefhaus walked, rbi.

Jen Yee led off the game with a home run.  Aggies stranded 2. Tech boosted the score with 3 in the 2nd. Weseman doubled, to 3rd on wild pitch; Sinclair walked; Adkins doubled in Weseman; Weaver hit by pitch; Yee singled in 2 runs.  Kliesing, Reynolds singled to open the 6th but were stranded.  Aggies threatened again bottom 7th.  Schwirtlich doubled, Morrow singled. May walked, bases loaded with one out.  Kliesing, Reynolds were retired.

Rbi’s by Baack and Rother gave Texas State a 2-0 lead, bottom 2nd, which they increased to 4-0 in 3rd on Boatright’s 2-run homer.  Texas got on the board top 4th with two runs, back-to-back homers by Hooks and Johnson.  The Longhorns scored 5 in the 5th for a 7-4 lead; Craig, Hoagland and Taylor singled, loading the bases; Hooks rbi single; Johnson rbi walk; Thrasher 2-run single; Taylor relieved Hair in the Texas State circle; Johnson scored on illegal pitch; Bruins walked; Cook advanced on illegal pitch.  An rbi single by Tello and an error in the 6th allowed Texas State to close within a run.  In the Bobcats’ 7th, Hall was hbp; Emery walked; Boatright jacked a 3-run walkoff home run.  Hoagland set a new Texas record with her 17th consecutive game hit, breaking the old record set by Lindsay Gardner
