Florida vs Tennessee* first game stopped by TV with Florida leading 6-4; game will be completed after second game.
Tennessee 5, Florida 2
— WP
Ellen Renfroe, 2-hitter, nation’s best 20th win.  LP Rogers.  Florida had 2-0 lead in 4th; Vols scored 3 runs in bottom.  Davin led with homer; Shiipman and Tarango walked; Akamine rbi single, tied game; Koenig rbi groundout gave Vols 3-2 lead.  In 6th, Rogers struggled, so did the Gators defense.  Akamine singled; one out, Koenig singled, Tobler singled, rbi; Geer singled, rbi.  Vols left bases load.  Gator ball-handling miscues shown on TV were not reflected in official box.

Game One continuation:  Gators led 6-4 when suspended.  When play resumed, Vols scored three runs bottom 6th to win 7-6.  WP Renfroe (21-0) in relief of Gabriel and Tarango who had given up 3 runs each before the break.  LP Haeger, giving up the wiining run.  Gourley was charged with 6 runs. Florida led 2-0 on Merritts homer. Davin responded with her seventh homer; Shipman drew a bases-loaded walk and Koenig was hbp. The Gators 4-run 3rd gave Florida a 5-4 lead, led by a homer by Merritt and Stewarts 2-run single (6-4).  After the break, Geer led with a solo, Davin doubled, Shipman and Aldrete walked; bases loaded, Taeango was hbp.  7-6 Vols.

Auburn 6, Kentucky 4
— WP Davis  LP Prince.  Odd scoring pattern; Auburn scored 4 in 3rd, added 2 in 6th, Kentucky scored 4 bottom 6th.  In 3rd, Rhodes jacked grand slam.  In 6th, Gibbs and Cooper added to Tigers total with rbi singles. Bottom, Gaines 2-run single; Sagermann 2-run homer.

Georgia 6, Missouri 2
— WP Wilkinson  LP Finucane.  Dawgs in control 4-0 after two.  Mizzou left bases loaded in 1st after Swafford tripled and scored.  In 2nd, two out, Hugo slugged 3-run homer. Bottom 5th; Fagan 2-run single.  Glasco 2-run single in 7th.  UGA 30-5.  MO 25-9

Alabama 5, LSU 1
— WP Traina 4H.   Bama, which pounded out 11 hits off 2 Tiger pitchers, scored 5 runs in 3rd.  Hawkins 3 rbi, Lafaele 2.  LP Czechner.  Alabama 31-5/11-1.  LSU 19-15/2-7

Oklahoma 11, Iowa State 0 (5)
— Sooners racke 10 runs in 4th to improve to 24-8/3-0.  Casey 4 rbi w/3run homer; Hatfield 3rbi triple;

Nebraska 10, Northwestern 1 (5)
— WP Lockman LP Wood Save Edwards. Huskers leading 1-1 after 4, scored 8 runs top 5th.  Woodman 3-run homer (off reliever Albanese; five runs charged to Wood); Knighten 3-run homer; Decker and Armstrong rbi.

— WP Hawkins.  LP Walker. Trailing 3-2, bottom 7th, Ducks scored two. Cuico hr, 2 rbi; Gillespie 2 rbi.  Hawkins now 18-2.
