OU scored 3 in 3rd: Chamberlain led with homer; Pendley homered, Reeves two-out rbi single.  OU 22-1.  Drake 14-10. Chamberlain now has 43 career homers in just her sophomore year.

After Gascoigne struck out side to open the game, OU scored twice with two out; Pendley walked; Ricketts hammered a 2-run shot.  Gascoigne struck out siade in 2nd.  Sooners tacked on three more; one out, Turang singled, Chamberlain racked a 2-run homer; two out, Shults rbi double.  5-0.  Oklahoma doubled that lead in 3rd.  Henson, Turang and Chamberlain walked; two out, Pendley drew rbi walk. Ricketts jacked a grand slam, 10-0.  Northern Colorado’s only hit was a single by Mrcvccho on the 4th.

WP Ivy Renfroe 5H, 7K.  LP Leslie Jury  Another knuckle-duster as the Vols took a second game from the Crimson Tide.  After Bama left runners on 2nd and 3rd top 1st, the Vols scored in the bottom; one out, Dotson singled, stole 2nd; Gibson rbi single. Top 2nd: Hays hbp, two out, Hawkins rbi single tied game.  The tie held until bottom 6th; Davin singled, was sacrificed to 2nd by Akamine; two out, pinch hitter Gaffin doubled to center on a 2-2 count for the go-ahead run.  Bama had 2 runners on in the 7th: Lafaele walked, Hawkins singled with one out; Braud and McCleney made outs. Alabama 22-3, Tennessee 21-3.

WP Mackenzie Popescue  LP Savannah King.  Sun Devils, who limited Pitt to 3 hits, two in the 1st, scored 6 runs, bottom 1st.  Johnson, Coyle walked, Freeman singled; Coyle scored on a throwing error. Caporuscio slammed a 3-run homer.  Steele singled, but was forced at 2nd by Girard; Aubrecht grounded out, but Girard scored on an error on Parlich’s grounder; Wigness singled; a passed ball advanced both runners; Johnson walked, Parlich scored on a wild pitch. 6-0.  Two out in the 2nd, Steele reached on a throwing error, scored on Girard single.  ASU added 3 runs in the 3rd, two on a Caporuscio single, a final run on Kemp’s single.  ASU 22-1.  Pittsburgh 9-7.

#4 Florida upset by Auburn 5-4
WP Marcy Harper 4H, 6K. LP Hannah Rogers.  Both scored a single run in the 1st; Florida’s Stewart walkedthree batters later, stole home; Auburn on Carosone rbi double off starter Lauren Haeger.  Little smashed a 3-run homer in the Gator 3rd.  Auburn scored on Kilpatrick’s rbi single in the 4th.  Bottom 5th: Estell singled, Howard doubled, Melero singled, rbi.  Rogers relieved Haeger.  Howard scored the tying run on Lathan’s sac fly.  Kilpatrick opened the Tigers 6th with a home run.  Florida stranded a runner at 2nd.  Florida 22-2.  Auburn 18-0.

WP Melissa Dumezich.  LP Chelsea Thomas. Lamphear hit two home runs and Morgan a grand slam for the Aggies.  Sykes homered for the Tigers.  Lamphear’s dinger was the first this season off Thomas.

WP Jolene Henderson 1-hitter,  LP Rebecca Arbino. The Bears racked 7 hits off Arbino, but couldn’t score until top 7th.  J Henderson singled; one out, Jones singled; Mejia forced Jones; Taylor singled up the middle, Henderson scored.  Cal 18-2.  SDSU 11-11.

WP Tori Torrescano.  LP Jessica Moore.  Scoreless until top 6th.  Ducks’ Ceo singled; two out, Takeda singled, rbi.  Bottom: Torrescano led with single; Davison sacrificed; Spendlove singled; Henry hbp, loading bases. Torrescano scored on Slater single.  Reese forced Henry at 2nd, Spendlove scored.  Hawryluk singled; Hawkins relieved Moore; struck out Gomez to end inning.  Two out in 7th: Mercado walked, Pappas singled but Ceo ground out.  Oregon 20-4. Iowa State 10-9.

WP Cheridan Hawkins LP Sarah Lira. Sabatini opened the game with a double, scored with 2 out on Lira’s single.  Ducks fired back in the bottom, Ceo singled, the first of 12 Oregon hits; Takeda singled, Howard reached on a fielder’s choice; Pappas forced Ceo at home; Costa drew an rbi walk.  Oregon broke the tie in the 2nd on three consecutive singles by Burger, Ceo and Takeda (rbi). Ceo scored on Howard’s single in the 4th.  St Mary’s pulled close in the 5th when Sabatini singled, scored on Smith’s double.  Bottom 6th: Ducks closed out scoring, Takeda singled, scored on Howard’s single.  Oregon 21-4, St Mary’s 4-13.

WP Jessica Hall .  LP H Campbell.  Bottom 1st; Bates one-out single; LaRosa rbi single.  South Alabama tied the score in the 5th; two out, Johnson tripled, then scored on a throwing error by the 2nd baseman.  Bottom 6th: LaRosa led with a triple, scored on Carda single. UCLA now 20-4, South Alabama 20-3.

WP Kylie Vry.  LP LP Meghan Patterson.  S Alison Owen.  LSU took a one run lead in the 5th; Boulet scored on a squeeze bunt by Andrews.  The Bulldogs rallied in the 6th, for 2 runs.  Foulks homered, tying the score.  Lenahan walked;Cooley reached on a wild pitch.Fisher hit an rbi single.Owen retired the Tigers in order. LSU 18-5.  Mississippi State 16-5.  LSU had defeated the Bulldogs 21 straight games.

WP Rachel LeCoq.  LP Paige Meyers. Soles (2-3) with 3 rbi and a homer, Wolny and Ruckenbrod (2-run) also homered.  Player of the Week Keller was 2-3 and 2 runs.

WP Caralisa Connell.  LP Lauren DeCastro.  National player of the week Keller was 4-4, homer, 2 doubles, 5 rbi.  Mann had a triple and 2 rbi.  Soles 2-3, 2 rbi. Soles ad Esteban had rbi singles.

WP Haylie Wagner 1-hitter, 7K.  LP Regan Romshek.  UM loaded bases top 1st; Sappingfield scored on Blanchard single; UM left bases loaded.  Michigan left bases loaded again, top 3rd. Bottom: ISU’s only hit, Hoffman’s one-out dinger, tied score.  UM stranded 3 more in 4th.  Top 7th: Wolverines broke tie, Lane singled with 2 out, scored on throwing error after Lawrence doubled.

WP Kelsey Nunely.  LP Shelby Jo Fenter. Steed opened bottom 1st KU with homer. Ole Miss took brief lead on Ladner’s 2-run single, top 3rd.  Wildcats loaded bases with 2 out in 3rd; Gaines 2-run single.  KU extended lead in 3rd on O’Brien rbi double, Joiner rbi single.

Smith reached on an error, rbi; Hosack and Canion singled, rbi’s. Three Ks by Canion left two Boilermakers on base.  Hays 2-run triple bottom 6th ended the scoring.  Baylor 20-3.  Purdue 11-10.

WP Teagan Gerhart 1-hitter.  LP Shelby Morgan.  Cardinals racked 13 hits, seven bottom 1st.  Bases loaded on three singles, Ashby singled in 2 runs.  One out, Bonstrom hammered a grand slam.  6-0. After Roulund singled in a run in 2nd, Josie relieved Morgan.  Carpenter doubled for FGCU in 3rd.  In 4th, Cardinal reached run-rule margin on Hanewich rbi single.  Stanf0rd 21-5.  FGCU 15-8.

WP Nyree White  LP Kelsey Kimminau.  Surprisingly, this game went 7 innings, after Stanford scored 9 in the 1st.  After Badgers stranded two in top, the Cardinal scored 3 runs, six batters before making an out.  Bases loaded, Rich reached on an error, rbi, 2 runs scored.  Roulund hit a 2-run triple; Ashby singled, and that was enough, Anderson relieved Kimminau. One out, Plaza singled, Schaberg hbp, bases loaded.  Ashby was forced at home on FC by Hassman, Winter singled, rbi, Rich singled, 2 rbi; 9-0.  Stanford scored on 7 hits; they would collect only 2 more hits.  Minnesota promptly took the game away from the run-rule margin, Dorle doubling in 3 runs top 2nd.  Top 4th, the Badgers racked 4 runs, Dorle’s bunt single rbi and Richardson’s 3-run homer. Stanford 20-5. Minnesota 12-9.

Two on, Suitos singled, Rodriguez scored on a throwing error at 3rd.  Del Ponte walked, bases loaded, two out, Pinon singled, 2 rbi; Young capped the scoring with a 3-run shot.  Boise State responded with a one-out homer by Glover, top 3rd, and Whyte’s one-out homer in the 4th.  Bottom: one out, Rodriguez doubled, Pinon singled; Young hammered another 3-run homer.  Whyte singled in a final run top 5th.  Arizona 17-5.  Boise State 9-12.
