Lawrie struck out five of the first six batters, but Bryant got the Ducks first hit, a home run in the 4th.  Oregon 6th: Kivett and Burger reached on infield hits; Bryant reached on fielder’s choice, loading the bases.  Pappas stroked a ninth-pitch 2-run single. Chambers added an rbi single.

Wildcats led 6-0 after five, Cardinal scored 2 in 6th, Wildcats racked 4 to win by run-rule.  Arizona scored two bottom 2nd on Schutzler 2-run double.  Chambers jacked a solo shot to open 3rd.  Arredondo slugged 3-run homer in 4th.  Top 6th: Cardinal broke through against Fowler; Haber walked, Hansen homered.  Leading off the bottom for the Wildcats, who banged out 11 hits, Lastrapes homered. Schutzer singled, went to 3rd on two wild pitches, and scored on passed ball; Chambers struck her second dinger, 2 rbi.  Arizona 34-7.  Stanford 30-8.

Cal took the lead top 1st on Ziegenhirt’s 3-run homer.  E Reid hit a solo shot in the 2nd. Ziegenhirt opened the Cal 3rd with her second dinger.  Down 5-0, and without a hit in the first two innings, ASU put Megan Elliott in the circle; she gave up two walks but no runs that inning.  Cal reached run-rule in the 6th.  Both Reids singled, advanced on a sac bunt by Thomas, and all came home on Arioto’s 3-run homer.  ASU went down in order.  California 32-11, 3-5.  Arizona State is 35-8, 4-4.
