THURSDAY TOP 25 GAMES

#15 Baylor def Texas Tech 8-2
WP Whitney Canion. 4H, 12 K.  LP Cara Custer.  Canion walked two top 1st, no score.  Baylor 1st: the Bears scored three runs.  Shelton reeached on an error, scored on a later error; Hays doubled in two runs. Tech stranded three top 2nd, while the Bears expanded their lead. Hosack doubled; Talley relieved Custer; Landrith singled, rbi; bases loaded, Thumann drew a bases-loaded walk. Tech stranded two more in the 4th; again, Baylor boosted its lead on rbi by Smith, Strickland. Tech got on the board in the 5th on Carmello’s 2-run single. Baylor scored its final run in the bottom on Holl’s rbi single.
