WP Shelby Babcock  LP Mackenzie Popescue.  The first nine Wildcat runs were off Dallas Escobedo.  Sun Devils scored 5 runs, top 2nd, inc Coyle 3-run homer.  Top 3rd: ASU expanded lead on Girard 3-run homer.  Down 8-0, Wildcats came back with 3 runstwo on Suitos single, Goodacre rbi single.  Rodriguez doubled to open Arizona 4th, scored with two out on Lavine single. ASU widened lead on Coyle rbi single in 5th.  Wildcats responded in bottom with Goodacre’s 2-run homer.  9-6. Bottom 6th, one out, Lavine reached on throwing error by Escobedo; two out, Suitos singled, rbi; Goodacre hit her second 2-run homer. Popescue relieved Escobedo and got the third out, but the score was tied. ASU down in order in 7th.  Rodriguez singled; Del Ponte bunt/single. Perez walked, loading the bases. Sandsted and Lavine struck out, but Wilson singled, Rodriguez scored the winner. Arizona State 42-8/13-6.  Arizona 29-22/6-13.

WP Kat Espinosa 4H, 9K.  LP Blaire Luna 2H, 11K.   Scoreless until Cowgirls scored bottom 9th. Brown walked, advanced on Morrison sac bunt, one out, Brown scored on Chrisman single.  Texas 42-6/12-2.  Oklahoma State 29-22/5-8.

WP Chelsea Wilkinson  LP Rachele Fico  S Morgan Montemayor.  Tigers took lead in 1st on Bell’s 2-run homer.  Dawgs responded in bottom on Wilson solo.  Bottom 3rd: Bases loaded, Iosefa hbp, rbi; Puailoa singled, rbi; Olney smacked 3-run double; Patterson relieved Fico; Griffin hit 2-run triple; 8 runs on 4 hits. LSU 4th: Blades hbp, Heyward doubled, Blades singled, rbi, 9-3.  LSU 6th: Andrews jacked 3-run homer, 9-7. Wilson hit her second homer, 10-7.  LSU 40-12.  Georgia 36-18.

WP Sara Driesenga 2-hitter.  LP Amy Letourneau.  Michigan wins Big Ten.  Bottom 3rd: Romero singles in first run for Wolverines. Top 4th: 2 out, Letourneau walked, Edwards singled, DiPrima singled, rbi, but Wildcats left two.  Driesenga led UM 5th with a single, one out, Doyle singled, Driesenga scored on Sappingfield single. UM also left 2.  Michigan 42-0/18-2.  Northwestern 30-19/12-8.
#12 Washington upset by Utah 2-1
WP Mariah Ramirez  LP Kaitlin Inglesby. Huskies scored on Fagaly’s one-out solo top 1st, and held that lead until Utah tied 55h, Sweet scoring on Mendenhall groundout. Bottom 7th: Sweet led with triple; Stewart walked, Sweet out at home on Ramirez fielder’s choice; pinch runner Gomez scored game winner on Mendenhall double. Washington 34-214/12-7. Utah 24-27/7-15.
#13 Cal def by #16 Stanford 13-5
WP Teagn Gerhart  LP Nisa Ontiveros.  Both pitchers gave up 2 homers in this slugfest. Cal 1st: Vonk homered.  Cardinal racked 5 in 3rd; Rich 3 run homer, Roulund solo. Stanford scored 2 in 4th; Cardinal answered in bottom with Jones 2-run homer. Winters rbi double top 5th, 8-3.  Cal added 2 bottom 6th; 8-5.  Stanford pulled away with 5 top 7th; Schmidt rbi double; White rbi single, Ashby rbi walk.  Three runs in game were blank lines on Gametracker. Cal 35-13.  Stanford 33-17.

WP Whitney Canion  LP Cara Custer.  Bears scored in two bunches, 4 in 3rd, 6 in 6th. Bears 3rd: Shelton tripled, Holl walked, Thumann singled in 2 runs; Smith singled, rbi; Strickland walked.  Custer relieved. Tech scored in 4th on rbi doubles by Perez and Elkins, and addedsingle runs 5th and 6th.  Strickland, Hays, Hosack, Chalmers, Reid and Shelton had successive rbi. Baylor 39-13. Texas Tech 29-26.
