WP Chelsea Thomas No-hitter w/7K.  LP Ellen Renfroe. Bottom 2nd: Corwin scored on Moore single. Bottom 5th: 2 out, Marston Hudsopn singled; Ivy Renfroe relieved Ellen Renfroe; Randazzo singled, rbi. Tenneessee 42-8/15-5. Missouri 32-9/14-7.  Note: afterward, the SEC ruled that the teams must play a second game tonight, rather than a DH on Sunday.  Friday was rained out.

WP Ivy Renfroe  LP Nicole Hudson.  Bottom 2nd: one out, Sykes doubled; Genovese singled; Genovese stole 2nd, Sykes stole home. Top 3rd: Brown hbp; Chavanne singled, Gibson 3-run homer.  Overstreet opened Vols 4th with a solo. two out, two on, Shipman drove in Chavanne and Gibson. Top 5th: one on, two out, Akamine singled, Brown doubled in 2 runs; Chavanne homered, 2 rbi. 10-0.
#3 Florida def South Carolina 3-2 (8)/ DH South Carolina 2-1
Game one Florida 3-2: WP Hannah Rogers LP Julie Sarratt. Bottom 1st: singles by Hathom, Stuart, rbi’s by Masters and Hawkins gave Gamecocks 2-0 lead. Gators tied top 4th: Merritt doubled, Tofft doubled, rbi; Haeger singled, rbi.  Knotted until top 8th; two out, Merritt homered.
Game Two South Carolina 2-1: WP Kellie Marks  LP Hannah Rogers.  Top 4th: starting USC pitcher Sarratt walked two batters; freshman Marks relieved.  Little scored.  Bottom 4th: Masters walked, two out, Gonzales homered. Florida 49-7/18-6.  South Carolina 31-22/8-16.
#4 Oregon def Oregon State 11-0 (5)
WP Cheridan Hawkins 4h, 9K. LP Sarah Shadinger. In the 4th, Lindvall jacked another grand slam. In 3rd, Lindvall rbi walk, Costa jacked a grand slam. Oregon 44-7/17-3.  Oregon State 32-19/7-13.
#5 Arizona State upset by  Arizona 6-4 (second game in succession)
WP Estela Pinon  LP Madeline Popescue.  Kemp homered to put ASU on top in the 2nd. The Sun Devils widened their lead with 3 runs top 5th, Coyle 2-run double, and scored on error on Freeman’s single.  But, the Wildcats clawed out a 3-run at-bat in the bottom. Perez walked,  Sandstedt walked, Lavine doubled, rbi;  Lavine to 3rd, Sandstedt scored on throwing error by catcher on failed pickoff attempt; Lavine scored on Wilson groundout. 3 runs on 1 hit. Trailing 4-3, Wildcats took control on Perez 3-run homer bottom 6th. The 4 ASU runs were charged to starter Nancy Bowling, relieved in 5th.  ASU 42-9/13-7.  Arizona 30-22/7-13.
#6 Texas upset by Oklahoma State 2-1
WP Kat Espinosa 2-hitter.  LP Blaire Luna 4h, 11K. First series win by OSU over Texas since 2001.  Cowgirls scored their runs bottom 1st on Ettinger’s 2-run homer.  Top 2nd, Ogle singled, scored two outs later on Shireman single.  Missed opportunities: Texas stranded four runners in later innings, OSU 7 runners.  Texas 42-7/12-3.  Oklahoma State 30-22/6-8..
#7 LSU vs #24 Georgia Rained Out
With Alabama’s loss to Kentucky today, the Tigers have clinched the SEC Western Division title outright for an SEWC leading ninth time.  LSU’s first division crown since 2007.  A single game will be played Sunday 2pm, ESPN.
#8 Alabama upset by #19 Kentucky 5-0/DH
WP Kelsey Nunley  LP Leslie Jury. Top 2nd: Wildcats scored 3 runs. O’Brien singlewd, Sagemann reached on a sac bunt; one out, runners advanced on passed ball, Smith sac fly, rbi; Stokes smacked 2-run homer.  Bottom 3rd: the Tide had 2 of its 4 hits, stranded both runners.  KU stretched its lead on Joiner’s 2 run single. Bama had single hits in 5th and 6th. Alabama 40-11/12-10. Kentucky 37-16/12-10.
Game Two: Alabama 14, Kentucky 0
WP Jackie Traina 2-hitter.  LP Lauren Cumbess. Over in a hurry.  Bama scored 10 runs bottom 1st; Fichtner jacked a 3-run shot; Lafaele followed with a solo; after Traina walked, Weaver entered the circle. Conley walked, Davis rbi single; Iamurri walked, McCleney walked, rbi; Braud singled, rbi; Iamurri was out at home on Fichtner’s fielder’s choice; Lafaele and Hunt drew rbi walks; Jenderson relieved Weaver; Traina walked, rbi; four rbi walks.  Bama ended the scoring with 4 runs in the 2nd; bases loaded, Braud rbi single; Fichtner sac fly rbi; two final runs scored when Lafaele reached on a fielding error. Alabama 41-11/13-10.  Kentucky 37-17/12-11.
#9 Louisville upset by Notre Dame 5-4/DH Louisville 15-1
Game One: WP Laura Winter.  LP Rachel LeCoq. Bottom 1st: Notre Dame posted 3 runs.  Koerer walked, advanced on wild pitch by starter Caralisa Connell; Simon sac; Buntin single, rbi; two out, Haus 2-run homer. After two walks, Le Coq relieved Connell.  Ruckenbrod opened Cards 2nd with a solo.  Two out Cards 3rd, Wolny homered.  Irish 4th: Koerner 2-out homer, 4-2. Top 5th: Louisville tied on successive homers by Arion and Trimble. After Cards stranded two top 7th, Koerner walked, Simon singled, Buntin sacrificed; Winter given a pass; bases loaded, Haus sac fly won it.
Game Two Louisville 15-1. WP Rachel LeCoq.  LP Brittany O’Donnell.  Leading 3-1 after four, the Cardinals sent 17 hitters to the plate in the 5th, scoring 12 runs. Top 3rd: Cards loaded bases, Wolny cleared them with 3-run double.  Irish scored on Winters’ one out homer in 4th. Top 5th: one out, Trimble singled, Mann tripled, rbi; Wolny singled, rbi; Ruckenbrod singled; Rhodes relieved O’Donnell; Keller jacked a 3-run homer; Kiyohara singled, Fowler reached on an error at short; Bowles doubled, 2 rbi; O’Donnell came back to the Irish circle; Arion rbi groundout; Trimble homered; Mann and Wolny walked, Ruckenbrod rbi single; Keller smacked a 2-run double (5 rbi for the game); Kiyohara singled; Fowler hit into a force.  Irish down in order.  Louisville, Notre Dame and South Florida have 18-3 records in Big East; the winner of Sunday’s Louisville vs Notre Dame game wins the regular season title and first seed in next week’s Big East tournament.
#10 Michigan def Northwestern 16-1 (5)
WP Haylie Wagner  LP Meghan Lamberth. Leading 7-0 after three, Wolverines posted 9 runs in 4th.  Three homers: Sierra Romero, Sierra Lawrence and Lauren Sweet; Caitlin Blanchard 4 rbi. Doyle and Lane 2 rbi each. Michigan 43-9/19-2.  NU 30-20/12-9.
#12 Washington def Utah 11-8
WP Kaitlin Inglesby.  LP Mariah Ramirez.  A softball gunnery school; Huskies had 14 hits, Utah 12, but the Utes also committed five errors while giving up 8 walks.  Huskies scoreds 3 top 1st; Utes 2 in bottom on Dickman 2-run homer.  Top 2nd: Inglesby rbi triple, Souza rbi single.  Bottom: after Stancheck relieved starter Walker, Hoopilaina singled in 2 runs, 5-4.  Two on, bottom 3rd; UW inserted Inglesby for Stanchek.  Utah scored on Mendenhall single, tie game.  UW went up 3 in the 4th; Heyward tripled, scored on Inglesby groundout; Souza and Wright rbi’s. Utah kept chase with a run in the bottom on Stewart’s 2-out single. 9-6. UW racked 2 in 5th; Inglesby sac bunt, Lahners single.  Utah answered with 2 on double by Hoopilaina.  Hayward scored on error in 7th. UW 35-14/13-7. Utah 24-28-1/7-16.
#13 Cal def by #16 Stanford 17-2 (5)
WP Kelsey Stevens,  LP Nisa Ontiveros.  The Cardinal scored 13 runs on 11 hits off Ontiveros in her two innings, including 10 top 1st.  Bases loaded, Rich drove in two; Roulund singled, Ashby singled, 2 rbi; Ashby scored on an error; Bonstrom jacked a 3-run homer.  Cal had a modest rebound on Ziegenhirt’s 2-run homer.  Back on the attack after Owen relieved Ontiveros, Stanford scored 4 in the 3rd; 1 in the 4th, and closed with 2 in the 5th. Cal 35-14. Stanford 33-18.
#14 Nebraska def Penn State 3-1
WP Tatum Edwards.  LP Macy Jones.  Each pitcher gave up just 3 hits. Husker scored 2 top 1st on a throwing error. Lady Lions took one back bottom 2nd on Furuya rbi double. Nebraska scored final run in 5th on Banda rbi. Nebraska 38-11/15-5. Penn State 14-32/4-16.
#15 Baylor upset by Texas Tech 6-4
WP Cara Custer  LP Whitney Canion.  Top 1st: Jones slugged 2-out solo.  Baylor 1st: The Bears got to starter Brittany Talley for all 4 runs, two in each of the first two innings.  Shelton started the 1st with a single, scored on Holl’s single. Thumann singled, one out, Strickland walked; bases loaded, Holl scored on Hays sac fly. Top 2nd: Elkins singled, Williams doubled, Camello singled, rbi; Canion relieved starter Courtney Repka. Two more runs scored.  Tech 4-2.  Baylor tied wiyth 2 runs in the bottom half; Thumann doubled in 2 runs; Custer relieved Talley. Tech broke the tie top 5th on Kenney’s solo.  Tech added a run in the 6th. Baylor 39-14.  Texas Tech 30-26.
#17 UCLA def CS Bakersfield 14-0 (5)/DH UCLA 8-0 (5)
Game One UCLA 14-0: WP Ally Carda 3H.  LP Kelsie Monroe.  Hall opened the 7-run UCLA 2nd with a solo. Three singles loaded bases, LaRosa singled rbi.  DeSilva relieved Monroe. Bates walked, rbi; Varda sac fly, rbi; LaRosa stole 3rd, scored on catcher error. Sataraka socked a 2-run homer. After Monroe returned bottom 3rd, Bates jacked a 3-run homer. Rodriguez added an rbi single. 11-0.  Bottom 4th, Bates socked another 3-run homer. CSUB knocked 3 singles off Carda in the 5th, left 2, no score.
Game Two UCLA 8-0.  WP Jessica Hall No-Hitter.  LP Amber Mills. Bruins scored 3 bottom 1st; LaRosa singled, Bates homered. Bases loaded, Lindvall singled rbi.  Top 2nd: Hall gave up 2 od 3 walks.  Bottom: Goulder singled, one out, LaRosa homered. UCLA scored in 4th on Sataraka sac fly. Top 5th: Hall issued third walk. Bottom: two out, two on, LaRosa tripled, run-rule. UCLA 35-17.  CSUB 15-34.
#18 South Alabama vs Troy DH//ccd
#21 Texas A&M upset by Miss State 6-2
Bulldogs scored 3 in 1st and Foulks jacked a 3-run homer in the 5th. Texas 38-14/9-13 SEC.  MSU 32-20/8-15.  If MSU wins on Sunday, the Bulldogs capture the 10th spot in the SEC tournament.  If MSU loses, South Carolina gets that final berth.
