NPF OFFICIAL DRAFT RESULTS

The National Pro Fastpitch league has now issued a press release, containing the names of the players who were drafted last Saturday night in Montgomery , TX .  The official list corrects a few misspellings which were noted when names were flashed on a screen in the del Lago resort hotel.

However, the press releaser does not contain the names of the players whom were identified to SPY as having committed to the eight teams prior to the draft.  Nor does the press release indicate which additional players, if any, were selected after participating in an NPF tryout on Sunday in Spring Klein TX.

The press release appears at the end of this story.
