POLITICAL PARADOX

Three big stories on tonight’s news:  Barack Obama scrambling the Democratic maneuvering for 2008; Peyton Manning shredding the Redskins; and our Muslim service problem.  Seems many baggage handlers at Dulles and Reagan airports are Muslim.  More, the Washington Airport Authority awarded the exclusive taxi rights at both airports to Washington Flyer Corp – and 95% of its drivers are Muslim.  Today is a Muslim holy day – so none of these people showed up for work.  News reports said travelers waited in long lines for taxis after waiting 90 minutes or more for baggage.

Not surprisingly, the holy day didn’t stop anti-American activities in Iraq, crowned by the kidnapping of an American serviceman.
