Kayla Noonan, who has been the assistant coach for the two years of the softball program, has been named interim head coach for the 2002-03 season. The Lions were 5-9 in the Ivy last year, 27-23 overall, and Kayla’s challenge is to improve that record.

The CA Cruiser 18 Gold team which played at the Lake school is different from the CA Cruiser 18 Gold team which played and defeated the Lightning at the other site. SPY was told that this was a 16U team; seems they were 16U last year and have moved up.
